Can you carry static-sensitive items?
Yes, as long as they're packed in suitable anti-static packaging. The packaging protects them; we make sure they're secured and kept upright where needed.
Do you carry lithium batteries?
Batteries fitted inside equipment are usually fine. Loose lithium batteries can be classed as dangerous goods, so tell us what you're sending and we'll confirm before we collect.
Can you collect from a distributor?
Yes. Give us the distributor's address and order reference and we'll collect it and deliver it straight to you.
